• Structure: welded H-section columns and rafters, Q235B / Q355B steel, shot-blasted Sa2.5 and epoxy-painted or hot-dip galvanized.
• Clear span: 18–40 m, column-free interior for racking and machinery layouts.
• Eaves height: 6–12 m; crane rails (5–32 t overhead cranes) available.
• Purlins & girts: galvanized C/Z sections, sized for your local wind zone.
• Roof & wall cladding: corrugated steel sheet, EPS/rockwool/glasswool sandwich panels, optional skylight sheets and ridge ventilators.
• Doors & windows: sliding doors, roller shutter doors, sectional doors, PVC or aluminum windows — all included in the kit.
• Connections: high-strength bolts throughout; no site welding in the standard system.

What Is Included in the Export Kit?

• All primary steel (columns, rafters, bracing) with connection plates pre-welded.
• Purlins, girts, eave struts and sag rods.
• Roof and wall cladding, trims, flashings, gutters and downpipes.
• Anchor bolts, sleeves, high-strength bolts and sealants.
• Complete drawing set: anchor bolt plan, erection drawings, component list, and roof/wall layout.

• Shipping: a 1,000 m² warehouse packs into 4–6 × 40 ft containers; transit 20–40 days.
• Erection: 500–1,000 m² per crew-day; a typical 2,000 m² building is watertight in about 3 weeks with one 30 t crane.

Yes. We routinely design to Eurocode, ASCE/ANSI, BS and national codes of Gulf, African and Southeast Asian countries. Wind, snow, seismic and corrosion parameters are confirmed at the quoting stage.

How is the warehouse shipped?

All steel is bundled, match-marked and loaded into standard containers and flat racks. Panels, bolts and trims are packed in the same shipment, so the site needs no additional materials.

Do you provide erection supervision?

Full erection drawings and remote video support are included. For projects above 3,000 m² or complex crane buildings, an on-site supervisor can be arranged.
